Hey y'all, I've been having an issue shifting in my 99 3.0, especially when I'm stopped and attempting to get into either first or reverse. A few weeks back my truck went into the shop to get the rear main seal replaced, since I didn't have the time to do it myself. Since I got it back, it's been shifting poorly, with the bite point on my clutch nearly on the floor. It feels like nothing is happening until the clutch is halfway to the floor, and I don't believe it is fully disengaging. It seems symptomatic of a slave cylinder failure, but it does not appear to be leaking. The truck was shifting easier than it ever had for the first couple of days after I got it back from the shop, but quickly became extremely difficult. Any ideas on what could be the issue? thanks

I would say they may have got air in the system *IF* they took the slave off when they pulled the trans to get to the rear main. Sounds like it may need to be bled. Or it could be going bad. I would bleed it first & see if it improves.
