Site is back up after server crash - Problems?

i almost signed up to a garden tractor forum. in fact, i still may. ive got two 70's sears suburban tractors both with 16hp onan twins. one i use to mow and blow snow, the other is in pretty tough shape. it will be my next project.

yea, there are other forums. But most of them just plain suck. At one point in my past I was active on over 15 forums and lurked on another few. That was when I was at college and before I bought an 89 Bronco II from a junkyard up there (which became my project to play with instead of spending time on the computer).

I'm active on 2 then semi active on 2 more...
all other ranger based forums just make me mad; People trash talking, people passing false info, or no tech specs anywhere. You can't beat TRS.

i actually can stay up late and catch-up, honda shut down tonight for 2nd and tomorrow for 1st shift. not even sure if my workplace will be open tomorrow for 2nd....came home to a plumbing problem i just got fixed...(well, rigged, really-capped off the cold line to the kitchen sink where the leak was, will fix it "right" when its alot warmer!) gotta wait a bit for the cpvc cement to cure before i can turn the water back on to check it out....damn it was cold under the trailer!

DAMN, That was sure a miserable weekend without TRS. Facebook clued me in to the server problems(Thanks, Jim). Glad this awesome site is operational again.

Wait, you mean there are actually other forums for Rangers? Crazy...

I was on a dodge forum, two jeep forums, two general off-road forums, a gaming forum, an anti-ricer forum, tractor forum, snowplow forum, etc.

Ok, now when I type in http://www.therangerstation.com it takes me to site news, and there isn't any links anywhere to get to the actual forum. Somehow I managed to click on a couple links and it took me to the main page and found my way back to the forum.

Yep, me too on the weird page that Wild Bill got.

Definitely sucked without TRS this weekend and the cold/ snow. 4wd is out on my Ranger (shift motor most likely) and couldn't even go play in the snow.

I am a member of 4 other car forums, but TRS is hands down the best for knowledge and great people. LX Forums does run a close second tho..(if you have a Dodge Charger, Magnum, Challenger or Chrysler 300C, that is the place to be.

Still that way today, however I notice a little forums link on the left side of the page in the margin now. I'd rather it just bring the forum up using the web address rather than all the other stuff LOL.

Then do what I do. Check the box that says "keep me logged in" and set the forum main page to your home page.
