So I originally bought a rough running bronco II. Changed the spark plugs, spark wires, coil, cap and rotor. Then I changed the IAC, TPS, the coolant sensor, O2 sensor, fuel filter, the FPR and then finally I took the vacuum hose off from the map sensor and the truck ran great so I changed the map sensor and never a problem since.... now.

Over the last month I've noticed a steady drop of power. It starts fine idles great but when you drive it doesn't like to accelerate anymore. I've checked my fuel pressure (25-40psi) and my vacuum and everything seems fine. I just ran my works code reader on it I did KOEO and KOER tests and everything came back as working fine, no codes. Now I'm unsure what is wrong.

If anybody has any ideas I'd love to hear them, the only thing I can think of is a clogged cat what do you guys think?

Could also be clogged up injectors. (that's what nailed mine when I first purchased the used truck). You can get a rebuild kit off eBay and a few extra O-Rings for under the cost of one injector (paid $18 for the kit for mine). Pulled the injectors out, and the tiny mesh screens? Fully bunged up with rust and crud. Pulled the mesh screens out, and blew the bat-snot out of the guts of the injector. It did the trick on 4 of the 6. (two injectors where leaking badly from the spray nozzle itself)

Just another idea. Be careful however...It takes a very delicate touch to reinstall the injectors & O-Rings back into the rail without cutting the ring up.

Inspection

I would check the passenger side exhaust manifold for corrosion (rust), the coolant for oil and the oil for coolant.
