Significant other jealous of the pets.

I don't understand why my brother's girlfriend is jealous of both his Dog and his Cat.

How can a person be jealous of the pets in the house?

Can anyone enlighten me?

The girlfriend is jealous of the bond the brother has. Not a good sign for a lasting relationship.

They have a kid together. And she lives there.
Yes he did have the 2 pets before their relationship got serious.

Do you think it might be that she just doesn't like any animals?
I haven't ever seen her around any other animals.

Its like buying a used car....

You never know exactly what youre getting, sometimes you can run 300,000happy miles togther and other times you end up with a massive problem that will cost you alot of money to get out of.

Oh and....pre purchase inspections by a 3rd party are usually frowned upon.

God made women. He gave them boobs. But they get them enlarged or reduced. He gave them beautiful faces. But they hide under layers of makeup and get plastic surgery. He gave them beautiful hair. But they dye it, curl it, etc. They glue on fake nails and paint them.

If God can’t please women, don’t even dream of a mere mortal man pleasing them.

She might not be a pet person but I think it's more selfish than that. The animals are drawing attention away from her and she should be getting whatever the kids aren't. Or, it's a security issue, which ends up with the same results. Either way, it ain't good.

I'd be concerned. She might try to claim one of the pets scratched or bit the kid, even though it isn't true. I know of women (it's always women) who have done this and forced the man to get rid of the pets.
