Signals and Blower won't work

Hi, I had a problem that I posted some time back and it was that occasionally when I would fire up the mighty Ranger 2.8 the signals and the blower would not work. Then sometimes they would work. I traced this and that, pulled the fuse box and checked power here and power there and didn't come up with any kind of real answer. Then the other day when it was in one of the not working moods, I went to shut the truck off and when I turned the key in the off direction just a little, the blower came on. It turns out that the spring return on the ignition switch is weak enough to not return the key to the "everything is on" position after the truck starts.
