How do you replace the bulb on the side marker light. It looks like I have to take the head light assembly out to get to the bulb. There's got to be a easier way!! I have a 2004 ext cab Ranger 4x4.

You don't have to remove the headlight, there is 1 phillips head screw that holds the marker on. Take out the screw and then it just pops out, the rest is just held in with clips.

I also have a 2004, when my corner marker burned out, I did have to remove the headlight assembly. Just pull up the two tabs on both sides on top of the assembly and pull it partway out. You don't need to disconnect the wires. From there, you can twist the corner marker connector out and switch the bulb without taking off the orange lens.
