Go talk to a recruiter now.

Remember, get whatever they "offer" you in writing.

first of all what hell you mean learn english lang i know it buddy

and can i sigh up now since im only 15 ,16 in a couple months

I don't know about the Marines, but the Army has a delayed entry program that you can start at 17.

Think long and hard about it.

I think he was suggesting using correct spelling and punctuation.

well i been thinkin about this for awhile i think im goin for it

and as for the spelling alrgiht i understand i never use puncuation or anything in my posts lol

Now's a good time to start.

The Marine Corps has the DEP program as well. Go talk to a recruiter and see what you can work out. I won't say I've loved every minute, but I have no regrets.

alright thanks guys i didnt no how against this my mom is so any ideas to get her to understand y i want to do this

just stay in shape and keep your grades up and when you turn 18 go sign up and she cant stop you. What if you sign up now and change your mind by time your old enough?

It's a job and an education? Those are two big things parents care about...

Even though everyone here is filled with decades and decades of wisdom and intelligence, I would highly suggest this be a question you ask a school counselor or your parents. Not something you would throw out on an online forum. I'm not knocking anyone here, because many of us can offer insights into many different things.

But this is your life and no one here knows you. Anything you go through and anything that happens to you won't effect us at all. I myself have considered joining the Navy but it's something that I've talked to many close friends and family about, not to mention more than one recruiter. Do your own research on something like this and give it some thought, don't follow what strangers over the internet tell you.

lol alright thanks i think im goin to talk to my uncle about it he was in the army so ill see what he thinks about it

I have no experience being IN he military but I was an Air Force "brat" I guess you could say. There is a difference between the Marines and the Army, one thing you could do is go on the Marine website and research it. Recruiters will do anything to get you to join.
