Shock Question

This may be a dumb question but im wondering if new or longer shocks would lift the front end any? Im wanting to invest in new shocks cuz the ride of the stock ones are terrible, but i heard that some shocks can give you a lower ride. Ive already put a 3" body lift and leveled the truck using the torsion bars. Anyone have any input or suggestions on what shocks to get? thanks

no shock other than a air shock or coilover will give you any lift......

just buy a quality shock like Bilstein....that will help your ride.....

not to mention the T-twist will make for a somewhat harsher ride due to the added preload and lessened downtravel....
