I have just replaced the clutch disc, pressure plate, slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder and pilot bearing on my 4x4 pickup.
did not take apart originally so i cant confirm presence of flywheel spacer. could the lack of spacer cause no shift ?

Not sure how this works in, but when i unbolt transfer case from transmission the truck will shift when running. Bolt transfer case back up and no chance of shifting to any gear.

clutch peddle feels good appears to have about 3/4" to 7/8" travel on throw-out bearing.

Any ideas I'm open to them..

Thanks

the clutch disc is not accidentally in backwards?

just wondering as i have done it before

Truck parked engine off. Can you have someone hold the clutch pedal down while you try to turn the output shaft with transmission in gear? That would tell you if the clutch is releasing.
