shifter mounting on A4LD

I will be running a 203/205 doubler behind my A4LD using a NWF 5 to 6 bolt adapter and have been trying to find info on anyone who has mounted twin or triple stick shifters to the side of an A4LD. So far I haven't found much. Just wondering if anyone on this site has some info/pics/threads they could share.
