Hey all...quick question...I'm trying to replace the shifter bushings on my 94 Ranger standard trans 4L 4x4. One of the pins is wedged pretty tight and the other has snapped...The truck currently has a 3in body lift which makes it hard to get anything in to hammer the pins out...so...would it be easier to remove the lift which in essence would let me get something on to the pins...or drop the trans and go that route?? Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you unbolt the trans mount and then jack up the ass end of the transmission It might give you enough room.
