Im having a real hard time finding a source for them. I have tried the dealer and they say they cant get them for the mitsubishi, just the mazda. The auto parts stores just look at me like im crazy and tell me to go to a dealer... I havent had any luck online either. I have checked in a couple junk yard trannys and the bushings were worn in them to. Hopefully someone here has either bought them before or at least knows where to look. Thanks

FWIW: I made mine from a black round pre 68 heater control knob off a VW bug. drilled the hole through so if was a force fit on the shaft, sanded the ball to correct diameter. been working for the last 3 years.

I think it was 3/8 for the shaft and 15 or 17 mm for ball diameter. Possibly a bathroom sink trap control ball would work also.

do a search for my original post for pics and measurements.
