Severe negative camber

On my 96 Mazda b4000 4wd the front camber is severely negative. The suspension is stock. I not sure what's causing it. Does anyone have any idea to what it might be and how to fix it

Sacked out front springs most likely.

That, or your toe alignment is way off (in which case it would then raise up and the camber go positive when you reverse in the opposite direction).

Did this just happen suddenly, or has it happened slowly over time?
