How about adding that stuff to the antifreeze that is supposed to drop your temp by 30 degrees or so?

drag racers seem to swear by it... I've seen it help. SuperSlick? or SlickWater or something lol I don't remember

Lots of them also swear by Evans Waterless, including Jay Leno. However, it increases your boiling point rather than being a water wetter. Seems pretty legit...
