94 B4000 4WD Front Brakes

I need to replace the pads and rotors on my 94 B4000 and am having quite a time finding the right brake kit online. Seems most of the online parts sellers don't really differentiate between RWD and 4WD. From what I can see (have not pulled a wheel yet to really check), looks like this truck has the calipers which are held in with square "pins" that they slide on, and the pads are sort of long and thin. The part kits which have similar looking pads are from later Ford/B4000 years. Just not sure if those are the right ones or not. Did Ford put later model brakes on some of these 94's?

Any advise on how to find rotors and pads which will fit?

Look up the 93 model year version of your truck. The 93/94 were a weird sort of transition. The body style changed for the Ranger, but in 95 the electronics and dash changed, so it probably affects some parts look ups. You can also search for the Ranger version of your truck and see what pops up. The early 90’s were a little weird for Ford trucks and since they were making the Ranger and Mazda trucks identical mechanically but little different body and trim, there’s a lot of carry-over and confusion it seems.

I looked your truck up on rockauto and they do differentiate between RWD and 4WD. I would go there and see what they have. If you do not want to order from them, you can use the part numbers they show and do a online search and buy them from somewhere else. They are a good parts number source.
