Self-adhesive backed Rubber Pads underneath the truck bed?

I'm redoing the rear suspension on my son's 97 Ranger (including some rust mitigation on the frame while I'm there) and I noticed there's six self-adhesive backed rubber pads stuck on top of the frame.
I assume there were there to help control noise from vibration (which I'm all for), but...
1) under one of them there's a dime-sized rust hole where the pad kept water from escaping and
2) even though I'd like to replace them, I can't find them anywhere (probably because I don't know what exactly to search for

Anyone know what the pads are 'called' and where I can get some?

And related to the rust hole, any thoughts on how to prevent the same thing from happening again?

(Btw, the rest of the frame is in excellent shape. Just some surface rust I had to clean off. The only actual hole was under one of these rubber pads.)

Thanks!

Any chance of a picture?

Below are the four locations where the rubber pads are/were. The top left one is the only one that now has a rust hole in it. The rest are just mangled from 23 years of service.

Gogle up "truck bed mounting pads" and many sites/photos come up....
Something like these.....

While you have it all apart make sure and check the brake lines for wear. They sometimes rub against the shocks. Tough to reroute them. I cut and slit some heater hose and put it around the brake line any place it might come in contact with anything.

Thanks @Grumpaw I found something at LMC Trucks, that I think might be work, even though it's definitely not the same as what was there.
They call them "INSULATOR-BED TO FRAME". It's only $10 w/shipping so I'll give it a try.

@Alan_nc Brake lines look good, but I like the heater hose idea. I'll take another look tonight to see if there's any spots where there might be some rubbing.

@jow I am looking to replace the same pads, how did the ones from LMC work out for you?
