hey guys i did a search and i know the thread is out there but i just bought some 2000 mountaineer seats and was wondering what i needed to do to make them fit. i have a 98 ranger but i dont have stock seats in it so i dont have the out seat tracks. would custom brackets be my best choice. sorry to ask the same question agian guys, but any help would be great.

why not just get the seat tracks from a salvage yard. I'm sure you could get them for $10 or less.

or fab up an adapter check out the tech library it'll help you out! put up some pics when you get'em in!

Is your Ranger extended cab or standard cab? If it's extended cab they should fit. If it's standard you will need seat tracks from a standard Ranger to make the seats fit at a normal height.
