seats need help

ok so i pulled my 60/40 out of my 98 to do a explorer bucket seat swap but before i could do it my dad throw my old seats away with the tracks still on them. right now i cant find any stock replacement seats so i got an old bench seat in there but with that my seat belts arent long enough to come up though the seat. so my question is doe anybody know where i can find a set of reg. cab 98 seats or could i use the bench seat and just have lap belts and still be legal to drive.
