i just got buckets from a 94 escort, the brackets are not even close in size. the holes for mounting the brackets on the escort seats are 16" apart and the holes for my 97 ext cab ranger are 14 " apart. anyone out there have any suggestions? the seats are very nice, paid $45.00 for the pair. Help me please

This is just an idea for ya dude but try using the old rails from the original seats. If that doesnt work tap holes in the new rails and make them work. I had to do this to the seats i got out of a s10. :icon_welder:

yeah take the actuall seats off the rails and mount them too the rails of your old seat. should be 4 bolts on the bottom of the seat holding the rails to it. you prolly have to engage the reclining mechanism for the track to slide out of the way.
