Seats for 05

My dad has an 05 ranger it is not and extended cab and is just the basic model. he loves his truck but has one complant the seats. he sort of has a bad back and would like a more comfortable seat. i saw the seats that bolt in in the tech library section but i want to know has any one had success with other seats. i would want to do it with as little moding as possible but would be willing to do a little tinkering if it was for a really nice set of seats?

thanks for the reply but i dont think he would pay that much. he sort of wants to pull some seats out of another ford at the junk yard make his friend redo the fabric and bolt them in his.
