My driver seat bracket is rusted out to were its not even connected to the floor.(sucks around turns and rocks back.) Its my understanding that Gen1 Exporer swap right. Is this coorect. I want to just get them from the junkyards and directly swap them in without modification if possible.

I believe that is one thing that Ford doesn't change to often. So bolt em up!

Like I said, they don't change things too often. Ex. Ford used the same back glass in f series trucks from 1973 to 1996. Its worth a shot, pics would help.

1991 explorers only. 92 and up are different.

That sounds like what he is saying.

I happen to gave a set of 91 explorer tracks around here too.

nevermind. i just picked up a 90 explorer track and the funny thing is it say bronco 2 in the metal. bad part the old bolts brok so i have some drilling tomorrow
