Were does the seat belt on the drivers side bolt on a 1990 Ranger XLT. The belt bolts under the arm rest on mine but as the drivers seat goes forward it comes off of the slide thats bolted too the floor. I have a 60-40 seat, so the arm rest is with the drivers seat. Also how its bolted under the arm rest, the seat will not fold forward so someone can get by it to get too the back of the seat. The left seat is bolted right and works fine.
