Sea/Tac area

so as i'm sure a lot of you have seen via the banner thread, i'm going to be in tacoma this weekend, the plan so far, is to head down before the concert, so we can get stuff sorted out, and meet up with a few friends of my buddy, who live in the area, thought it might be fun to meet up with some other ranger enthusiasts while i'm there! anyone who's interested and lives in the area is welcome to join me for a beer! location is TBD, any suggestions, please feel free to pipe up


and on that topic, while i am not in the states often anymore, where should i be eating while i'm down there? i particularly love a good burger, so what, crystals? white castle? jack in the box? checkers? where's it at? we don't have a lot of the same chains as you guys do, just the wendy's mcdonalds, a&w type deals... (we've got our own chains also though) though i do actually have a fat burger here in town!

Pattys burgers & shakes is great stuff located in Tacoma @ 5615 South Tacoma Way Tacoma, WA 98409-4215 - (253) 474-0844

They have even a extremely large burger that is about the size of a medium pizza for about $24 & if 1 person its it all they get there pic taken & a free T-shirt.

What concert are you going to? What time will you be in Tacoma?

There was a brewery that I went to when I saw Roger Waters at the Tacoma Dome, it was excellent, I can't remember the name but its right on the road that the tram deal goes down, and its right by the Tacoma Dome

i'm back, we ate at jack in the box most of the weekend never have i stunk up a bathroom that bad! we had KFC another night, i did have bob's burgers and brews on the way down (the one just outside of bellingham i think it was) and crab pot in seattle on the way back

Bob's is good stuff I think there are a couple in Bellingham, I went there a few times when I lived there.
