when ever i play my java games like runescape, or any thing of that nature. my computer screen flashes.
earlier i tried to go into full screen and it gave my monitor the strobe effect so i restarted my computer.
when i load the game it plays but it flashes constantly and nvr stops. its just abunch of black flashes.
but when i switch to a normal web page not playing a java game its completely fine, like here on trs. its normal as can be.if i play the game and go to say this window ill get little chunks of the game in this window where ever i move my mouse. or on like click able spots. like the send button. it does it on all of my web browsers. google chrome, and firefox.
im running ubuntu 10.10 if that helps at all.
