It's an early cylinder head casting #3888920 which comes stock with 194 intake and 150 exhaust.

I got rid of all the old wiring, but that's about all i've done to it. I need a name for this project, anybody have any ideas?

I need to see a picture of the truck first before I can help you out with the name.

here's the 350 block in for the first time. i'm not using this block but it gave me an idea of how tight it's going to be.
