A 307 was a 327 crank (3.25) in a block with the same boar as a 283 (3.875).
A 305 was a 350 crank (3.48) in a block with a boar of 3.736.
thanks blackwidow. I got the hedman s10 swap headers...hopefully they work. I hope i can bolt them on tonight, but they still haven't showed up. I will for sure get get some pics up after i get some. oh and how do you build a 302 out of a 350 block????![]()
seriously. the 302 was a 327 with a 283 crank.
the headers don't fit blackwidow!
well, they will, I just have to grind some of the frame away first. I think long tube headers might have worked better just because the collectors on these short headers are hitting the frame rail. I'm out of town right now but I will be back on Friday to get them mounted up
yeah they clear the steering box fine, it's the passenger side that's being a PITA believe it or not
