My little 2004 ranger went from a fully lifted edge to a decently lowered sporty feeling truck. It got the shift assembly changed to a much better type, the rear shackles flipped, stock lift blocks removed, torsion bars lowered all the way down, and a cool radio.

It is such a fun truck.

Also, you guys dont have 2024 ranger floor mats (though, neither does weather tech so your not losing out to them).

I suppose the highlight for the year was being able to run the 2019 on the trails and get a chance to see what it could do at LBL. Being able to test out some new equipment I brought along for the LBL trip was a nice little addition to the experience as a whole. Neither the truck or the equipment disappointed us.

Wow 2024. Well as far as Ranger activity. I've got to have some amazing experiences this year. Knocked several trails off the bucket list. Got to spend a week with the Vagabond group (which is the top memory.) Was able to see some amazing sites and made some new friends and get to know old friends better during it all. That being said. As I sit here thinking about the trips. The first thing that pops in my head about them isn't the hard lines or the difficulty of the trail. It's the time laughing around the campfire. Picking at each other. Watching kids make s'mores. Though we do usually end up talking about the trails and the things that went on through the day. It's the time away from everyday life where we can just be ourselves without all the stress that makes these trips worth it. I look forward to more adventures and meeting more of you in 2025. I hope everyone has a great 2025. Happy New Year to all you and your family!!!

My Ranger carried me through our yearly deep wilderness trips. One was a week in the Arizona Strip to search for Petroglyphs and Pictographs. We found hundreds of them. The second was a couple weeks in the mountains of Montana and a couple days in Death Valley on the way back home.

My trusty Ranger turned over 300K miles on the odometer on the Montana trip. My goal was to keep it for 300K miles and replace it with a new Ranger. Ford decided not to make a Super Cab in 2024 or 2025, so I bought a 4-door 2024 Bronco Badlands.

I decided to keep my 2002 Ranger because it still runs like new, and I occasionally need a pickup. I could not get much for it with that many miles on it and it does not cost that much to keep it. It will also be used for my wilderness trips until I get the Bronco set up for that. I will probably still use the Ranger for the most difficult trips, so I don't beat up my Bronco right away.

I am loving that Bronco with the 2.7L Ecoboost engine as my daily driver now. The Ranger is deserving the retirement mode but is continuing to serve me well.

Happy New Year to all.

Mines went as follows...

Ranger- Sat alot of 2024 out mostly due to my own busyness...and is currently still out.

Bronco II- Gotten the mechanical parts squared away....still sitting at my buddys for welding. Its a rear sill, brakes, dipstick tube, and turn signal issue away from being road ready

F250- Another year of mostly holding down the driveway gravel and keeping guard over the trailers (i park it in front of them so they cant be stolen lol) Might of seen 2000 miles this year.

Grand Cherokee- Well...its piled on another 10-12000 miles of trouble free service.

I got my 94 Ranger, had fun getting it running, got legal temporary tags and vehicle insurance and have been enjoying it ever since. With a few hiccups here and there but all's good.

Not a ranger, Ive had a escape for almost a year now, Ive done a few things to it. Trailer hitch with bracing to the unibody, new struts & shocks, reinforced shock towers in the rear since its a common failure area i. the gen 2 chassis. Bull bar with a lightbar, steel wheels, back seat delete for more cargo space & weight capacity. And of course normal maintenance/fixes for a vehicle with over 150K miles.

Damn...if your escape can tow that my jeep shouldnt have an issue with my 2n lol

You could probably pull a 7000# JD-A on a trailer with your jeep, The V6 escape was a better tow vehicle until the rust took over but the 4cyl will do it. Both have the same brakes, its more about stopping anyways. That tractor/trailer is about the most I want to pull with it, I dont know the trailer weight but that tractor (‘63 Ford 2000) is 3000#. It doesn’t have loaded back tires, Think that would be too much for the trailer regardless of what I pulled it with.
