sas!

what issues? steering or bushings?

i can never get it aligned right and everytime i wheel it i blow apart hubs like they are nothing i have a pile of just broken hubs

I was going to go to the 35 ttb but when I looked at it I said screw it and stuck my money into some thing that I thought would last. The 44hp is exactly what I need for what I am going to use it for. Just got mine done and my front driveshaft fit perfectly no mods at all and my rear all I need is a new rear joint with inside snap rings and that will be in with no lenghth mods.

see i'm building a daily driver for 33's.. slight rocks. the d35 is fine for me. if i have hub issues i can do the stronger jeep ones. alignment, well lets just say i have a local shop that is ttb knowledgable that offers lifetime alignments, so if that's an issue-- its their problem lol. but i don't see where it should be at all with the right stuff.

but still for my reasons i think the d35 will be perfect, as would the d30 if i went that route.

not to get off the subject but jester how do you like the lockright in the front just put one in mine can't wait to get my swap done and try it out!

Love it, the difference between open and locked is night and day. Only thing is it kills your turn radius, lots of multi-point turns and dropping out of 4 wheel to make a turn and then re-engaging.

and w/ an auto case and hubs.. its easy, oh wait... yall don't have auto hubs on a sas lol

Sorry to say it but instead of solid axle swaping the bII i bought a 1992 explorer and im going to sas that. I figured it had the 4.0 in it and i only paid 675

Can I have the b2?

i mean if you want it you can buy it lol but im going to take some stuff from it...and I know I dont want to part with it, but money and time wise thats my best option.

The clutch is hard for some reason and i dont know why? any ideas?

i'll give you $500 for it! if you deliver... all the cash i have... lol

if thats going to hold up for your type of wheeling I also swapped in the 44hp and 12 bolt because my motor swap is going to be a 351w Hell Ya
