SAS swap to a 95

i was just wondering what would be the easiest way to sand down the axles to paint them and make them look brand new? im thinking sand blasting.. only problem is i dont have a sand blaster or know of anyone who has one.... any know or how did some of u guys make ur axles look like new?

Sand blaster does the quickest best job, other then that just grab a course wound wirewheel for a grinder and go nuts. It'll just take a lil elbow grease, thats all.

ok.. and anothing thing.. do u think the stock ttb radius arm brackets would work if i moved them back to fit the length of a the d44 radius arms? or would i need to make/get stock on off a older truck?

Works a LOT easier if you just get the stock solid axle arms from the donor truck.

ohh only prob is everything welded to the frame on the donor vehicle cause its a bronco II lol

Any 78/79 bronco/F150 should have what your after, even some of the aftermarket guys like BC Bronco's or Wild Horses etc may be able to help you out.

Those are TTB Radius arm brackets, your lookin for the older SAS ones.

No, but 71-77 Early Bronco will work, as well as 78-79 Bronco/F150

another question to go with this,, what about driveshafts? will the BII's bolt up to the D44?

yup but you will have to cut it down about 2 inches
