SAS steering

They are 1 ton stuff, I had to ream the pitman arm and the hi steer arms came from NWF already tapered for 1 ton TRE's.

Cool, beefy.

I think i'm gonna go with a ballisitic fab kit, price seems pretty reasonable, and the 3/4 ton junk should be enough beef. If I have to ream, I may as well drill, go heims, and flip the tie rod.

If I went heims, I'd still go with a T over crossover, heard of a few guys maxing out the heims on the draglink when drooped. But, I think i'm going to with TRE's, get one at any napa, and hopefully no reaming.

Not sure if you have decided on your axle locatiion yet, but I moved my front diff forward 4" without moving the box. Everything clears but my drag link bolts to the pitman directly above the center link in relation to suspension travel. 92 Explorer box, pitman and drag link hooked to 78 Bronco center link on my 76f100 hp d44 under my 86BII, lol.

Bump, so I can find this thread again...Probably going to move my stock box forward in a similar way.
