SAS on '98 to '04 ranger buildup

Does anybody have any advice on doing an SAS on a '98 to '04 SLA ranger?:icon_confused:
 
Yeah I completely agree with u ozziemo27, but I tried google earlier and got nuthin, where would you search?

Ive got one. No build thread though.

Do you want to know the easiest way to do it? ....... buy a 97 or older.


Plan your steering out carefully, push the axle centerline forward a few inches, and rebuild the engine crossmember.
 
I completely agree with you scubasteve, if the '04 ever gets totalled, I'm already planning on getting '97 or older Ranger with the TTB front end, they seem to be alot more durable off road, and their easier to lift.
 
If the 04 ever gets totalled, buy it back, fix it up, get a salvage title, and sas. Thats what I did.
 
Wohlf 16 you just hit the nail on the head, I hadn't even thought about doing it that way if the '04 ever did get totalled. Thanks for the reply and good idea.:icon_thumby::yahoo::headbang:
