This is an 89 bronco II frame with a 92 ranger cab, 89 mustang 5.oL Ho NP 435 with dana 20 transfercase. early bronco diffs with 4.56 gears, Arb in front and spool in rear. 56" chevy leaves moved under frame in rear with buggy leaves. Currently putting full width 44 diff in front with custom radius arms and high steer.

Looks pretty good, I think I would have sectioned the tailgate differently so the handle was in the middle but it looks like a good job.

Like 351 said it looks pretty good. While you're installing the full width axles I would make it a little lower and pushed the front axle forward more to get the tires away from the firewall.

I'm trying to do both of the things you mentioned this time around, although I find that I can only push the front end so far forward with the stock steering box in place otherwise the draglink hits the coil on hard turns. I think that I've pushed it forward 3-4" the rear has come back about 6" already. I've also cut the body lift down to an inch. I'll try to get some more recent pics up soon.

I know what your saying about the tailgate, but that means cutting both sides and resizing both release linkage bars I took the lazy way and it works good enough for me.

Lookin' good! I really like the way you cut the front fenders.

Thanks, I don't think it's going to be street legal anymore tho! Just need to finish up shock mounts, headers and exhaust, gears and ARB install on front diff, winch and front bumper, paint, wiring, and make driveshafts. I'll post pics on future progress.

I saw another RBV on this site with headers and outside the frame exhaust, any advice on aftermarket parts that work well for this application, especially headers or are they all custom one piece designs?

Also looking for onboard air ideas, which systems work well with a 5.0L in a ranger?

Thanks, TJ
