It all started out in the process of doing a dual battery install with the battery in the back. Went to remove the carpet, which was wet, and much to my surprise, I saw the driveway when I took the carpet out. Being plagued by this cancer, I took the trusty sawzall out and begun the surgery. Now I am stuck in the dilemma on the material for the replacement floor. Now I wonder if I have the cancer in my more forward floor pans or not. Has anyone else had this problem, if so, what was your resolution?

yeah, i dealt with this on mine.

i just got some 18g metal and welded it up.

then i sealed the floors with eastwoods rust encapsulator paint.

but a gallon of herculiner will do the same.

Yeah, have to agree either herculiner or Por 15. The Por is an awesome product seeing as it takes the rust and reformulates it back to fesable metal. Might be worth a look?

por-15 is good, but the herculiner sound deadens also, and if he didnt wanna run a carpet right now. it would be alright
