I removed the duplicate post... typically posting the same question twice doesn't get you answers any quicker or of better quality.
But as gaz basically asked in your duplicate post... were these parts put on the truck to correct this issue or did your current symptoms happen after you replaced all these parts?

Aye. Make sure the crank sensor wires are ok and the spacing is correct so it reads the bars.
