i was looking online and found this page and was curious if anyone on here has done any of these mods and if they helped the performance on older 3.0s. im trying to get my truck a little stronger and give it better drivability. it is a daily driver but i want to stop being passed by everything.

Fred (The owner of the site) knows his stuff. He's probably the best 3.0 or Ford flex fuel tuner out there, and I'm trusting his skills and knowledge when it comes to tuning my supercharged flex fuel 3.0.
Some of the mods on his site are a bit risky, but many have benefits, and have been done successfully by many 3.0 owners. you may not see huge gains, but there's a lot of good info and knowledge on his site.

well eventually i want to put an m-90 on my truck but thats down the road a bit. i was hoping he would have a tuner or program for my 94, but i dont see one on his site and all i can find online is the fake ebay stuff or the jet transmission chip.

Isn't your 94 OBD1? You won't find a tuner for anything OBD1. You'll have to try and have a chip burned, which very few people will do these days, or maybe do an OBD2 conversion.

THere are still a bunch of great mods to do on that site though. I plan on goign through there for some upgrades to my truck, its hard to start when you don't know how much its going to affect your individual truck. But its worth doing some of the cheap mods now. and going with bigger stuff later. Also hard to do like one thing at a time I found, like I wanna do lifters but at the same time If I do the lifters I'm gonna want to get everythign I can done while those parts are off.
