it's good to see fellow members from georgia logging on after the night and day we've had.

the damage coverage from the f2 in atlanta is unreal.we are fortunate that there are no serious injuries.

one after another tornado warnings today, and hail from nickel to baseball size in my yard.my daughter had the camera and was hunkered down in the back of target w/other customers,or i would have had some pictures.

my deepest sympathy to the families in polk and bartow counties who lost loved ones or had their homes leveled or damaged.

and still the warnings continue, keep an eye on the sky folks and be safe.

I'm very glad to see you post, skippy, and that ya'll are OK. Wasn't too bad out where we are, but a lot of N. Georgia was really hammered last night and today. Really sad to see that many have suffered damage or loss.

glad to see you post too,i've seen other members from ga too.

can you believe the damage in atlanta?that no one was seriously injured downtown is a miracle.

Yeah it's good to see yall post. The damage in Atlanta is crazy. I never thought that would happen. I was hunkered down up in Gainesville during those 2 sets of tornados that came through yesterday. It was definetely another experience to add to me book.

rembrandt, for some reason i can't reply to your post.i saw the radar of the storms in your area, glad you are safe.

saw some of the damage in downtown hotlanta,tv doesn't do it justice.to be a glass contractor in atlanta right now is to be very, very busy.over 150 street lights down.rooftop a/c euipment gone.grady hospital has rooftop antennas down the side of the builing and wires.billboards a twisted mess, blue tarps everywhere.and how people were not sucked out of the omni and westin hotel rooms i don't know.

Yeah I went around parts of downtown for work today and saw the mess. You are right, the TV doesnt do it justice at all.

And to think, If the B-Ball game at the dome hadn't of went into over time all the people would be coming out and walking on the streets right when the storm came through.
