rough idle/run

on my 94 auto when i start it it feels lik its running rough almost like something is dragging in the block or a pully could have to much tension. Also sense this has started my oil pressure has been higher than normal but not maxed out on the gauge. any insight or help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

check your belt tensioner, your oil filter etc

what should i be checking for. i just chenged the oil and tightened the filter like normal. it also feels like ive lost power but the truck does have 194000
