Rough idle and quitting on 94

I have a 94 2.3 and decided to clean the fuel injectors today. I took them out and let them soak in carb cleaner for a few hours. After putting everything back together and starting it up i noticed that it idles extremely rough around 600rpm, it hunts up and down and most of the time eventually stops. i turned up the idle rpm all the way up to 1000 and its still rough. I've heard that it may be idle control valve but is there any way to check?

I got it fixed, turned out to be a rookie mistake. I'd like to delete the thread but cant figure out how.
