So I finally have all new relays and plugs and wires and trucks running pretty good. I have 2 questions..
1. I'm in Arizona and it's about 110-115° and my trucks running about 210-220° WITH AC ON. is that good or bad?
2. At idle my truck is bogging down and almost feels like it's going to turn off when I'm sitting at a red light, only does it when AC is on what could it be?

With those kinds of outside temps, that could be normal but I don’t live in Arizona.

As far as the idle issue, I would look at the Intake Air Control Valve and the Mass Air Flow sensor to start. Your year might not have the Mass Air Flow sensor but should have something similar but the name is escaping me at the moment.

It sounds like the engine isn’t compensating for the A/C system being on. The idle RPM should bump up some to compensate when it turns on, warm or cold engine. Is it doing that?

Just above 1/2 on the gauge would be OK with those outside temps, 1/2 on a Ford gauge is 205degF

AC on = engine under load, so you will feel any misfires more than with AC off

But as said the Computer should get an "AC Demand" signal when you turn AC on and it will bump up the Idle 50-75rpm
Which should keep it about the same

It should do the same "bump up" when you shift from Park to R or D, "in gear" signal to computer
Does it do this?

They are not related but use the same IAC Valve mentioned above to "bump up" the idle
IAC Valve get dirty but can be cleaned
