Roller cam specs.

[Model A]

I am looking for the valve opening and closing angles for the early ranger roller cam. I've milled 0.040 of of the head and installed a square tooth belt and adjustable pulleys. To degree the cam, I need the the valve opening angles. The cam I have is from the 89-94 2.3L ranger 0.355 lift. duration:188 deg intake 186 exhaust.

I realize this thread is beyond ancient but did you ever find the specs? I'm in a similar boat and will have to degree the cam
