rollbar mounting

It doesn't look terrible but I would try to come up with a way to move it ahead a little. I do like how it is angled with the back of the cab.

Watch drilling holes on the driver side, if not for my bodylift I would have put a hole in the filler neck rather than barely nick it. One of those things I didn't think about until after I did it.

thanks. I will watch my drilling.

anybody have any positive input as to helping me make this bar fit my truck?

About the only thing I can come up with depending on how far ahead you need to go infront of the wheel wells is to make a wedge that bolts on the front of the wheel well and is flat across the top for the rollbar to bolt to. You may not have enough room to make that work, I can't tell from your pic.

right right, i was thinking about doing that but idk how rigged it will look..its worth a shot. Thanks!

I would keep it and use it the way it is. I am only fifteen, and i bought a used roll bar from an s10 and modified it to fit in my 88 ranger and it is about that far from the cab.

Whats it look like inside the bed?

decided not to run it cuz it will take some redneck fab to make it right. I went witha toolbox and fabtech tire carrier.

im sayin to get rid of it. i would never put it on my truck just like a body lift.
opinions are like assholes...

That said, my friend and I pulled a light bar from the junkyard and it took like 2hours to get it out. Now I got it(in the barn), it's clear how useless it'd be.
