Roger Roger 86 ranger SAS build

As far as the manual shift 1354, there's more out there than you would think, and you could always just swap yokes if you found one on an electric shift case.

Yeah it is! :icon_cheers: It's kinda lonely on TRS for a Jayhawker! There's been a Kansan on here a time or two before but none ever seem to stick around that I've seen.

I've got a few friends from and that live in Tongie as well!

I actually bleed purple, so...

Made more progress on my flat bed, also i purchased a borg warner 1354 mechanical shift should be in tomorrow also my coil overs ship back to me tomorrow. everything is coming together.

Glad to hear you found ya a transfercase.

Can't really tell, but does it just have the one vacuum line running to it? It might be a vacuum reservoir, which stores vacuum suction so that when you are under wide open throttle or close to it, your vacuum operated accessories like your heater controls will still work.

Got my truck out of the shop today and onto the trailer. Off to a buddies shop to get some breaklines ran.

What are the plans now?

Once break lines are done im going to get drive shafts made, make a rear bumper install tail lights and finish off the flat bed then work on breaking in my new gears once they get broken in im going to exo and wheel the shit out of it.

You need to at least gusset those radius arm drop brackets if you are going to leave them that low. They WILL break and leave you stranded, I would bet on it...

they are BDS drop brackets and they are gusseted on both sides so ill take that bet.

I didn't know this build was here too. Lots of good info from these fellers.

Nice work it has come a long way, looking forward to seeing your exo setup. Any plans for a different power plant in the future?
