My credo
Break it right the first time. Fix it better the next time.
My buddy has a 2017 Challenger SRT 392 Hemi Scat Pak Shaker.

It is pretty darn fun car to ride in. It is pushing 500hp and 475 flbs of torque.
We terrorized downtown in it Saturday after watching deadpool 2.
Has anyone else been in one?

Not a shaker 392, but drove a 5.7 R/T 6sp a few years back. Was gonna buy it till i slapped myself and bought my 97 F250...

Blast to drive, i was kind of disappointed in its performance at first. Till the salesman riding with me said "Its not an old big block, whind that SOB out", i was shifting at like 3500, after i wound it up, yup. I was impressed.

He actually had a scatpak 5.7 Challenger in a 2016 model he decided he wanted some more horsepower so he bought this one a few months ago. I rode in 5.7 one too and the power difference is amazing

only thing i have not punished the tires on is the demon....missed the last 3 opportunities as i was at work.

compared to the last chassis stang, they feel like a fat girl to me...but i love fat girls..

This will be unpopular opinion, as most of mine are, but the only good mustangs are foxbodys and big body (71-73), in my always humble opinion

I agree. after the fox body, stangs went downhill. I never did like those Cat looking headlights on the '94+ models. not a fan of the "NEW" retro look either

I just wish they would make retro trucks with retro options

It is really kind of sad, while it puts out substantial power the 5.7 Challenger is pretty far behind in the hp war... and the they stick it in a bigger/heavier car to boot.

I like both. I would love an 85/86 Hatch but I would also love a 94/95.

Five lug wheels, 4 wheel disk brakes, much stiffer body... the SN's have a lot of improvements over a fox.

I like pretty much all Mustangs, even the II's can look decent if done right (probably the only generation I wouldn't really care to own though)

Aint gonna lie...these are sharp...

The SN 95s were better from a physical standpoint, but, they are to "teenage girl graduation gift" for my likeing. The foxes and big bodies kinda had more of a street brawler look to them

The problem with II's is for every nice one there is about 50 like this:

When I was in high school the SN was king, foxes were aging out and only a doctor's kid could afford a New Edge.

When i was in high school if you had less then 400 CI under the hood you got laughed at.

I had a 351M :/ but i drove the piss out of it

When I was I high school everybody wanted an s-10 pick up or a El Camino, and put smc v8's in'em. I drove a 83 Ranger I4. it was brown as shit too. kinda why I'm lookin to do the swap in my ranger now.
