Rocker adjustment

Having some valvetrain noise that I don't like on a 91 5.0 block, pulled valve covers to look and check things out. I adjusted the driver side scorpion rockers on the base circle of cam, moved over to passenger side and four of the lifters were not pumped up and would depress by hand. I know they can blead off so I turned oil pump to get them back primed but still not hard like all the others. My concern is if these few lifters are bad and bleeding off

Your heads have been modified and have rocker studs? A lot of people try to adjust the stock Ford system that uses bolt down rockers and these are not adjustable.

I guess if you have studs you have guideplates also?

Lifters bleed down but should pump up when the engine is started. If they are not pumping up I would put a can of Rislone in the engine and drive it a month or so, that should free them up if any of them are stuck.
