road life of ltb's

im looking at buying a set of 34x10.5x15 super swamper ltb's, i know the off road benefits, but how long will these tires last on road??



and before someone even mentions it, my first truck had dual flowmaster 40's behind a big block and 40 inch ground hawgs...noise doesnt bother me....

I wouldn't expect more than about 12,000 miles out them before they're useless.

From reading around I've found people getting between 6k-20k out of a set.

ok, thats about what i expected, these will be my winter tires and wheelin tires anyways, street tires in the summer will be 33in a/ts anyways...if i get 6k i will be dissappointed, 12k will make me happy..

not real sure how much softer LTBs are than the bias TSLs but I have been running Bias TSLs for about a year and have around 20k miles on them and still have about half tread
