Could you imagine Rick's (RangerSVT) Ranger getting rear ended.... or make that rear tired? They might get thrown backwards when they hit those tires.

People and their poor driving habits. Things like this wouldn't happen... A whole nother headache would've been if you stopped on the guy in front of you's ass and the beamer pushed you into them too.

that is a shame on that truck, it looked really nice. Glad no one was hurt tho. Looks like you can save the wheels, did the rear passenger wheel get damaged? looks like the tire got trashed, but I can't tell if the wheel itself was damaged.

Oh i did get pushed into the car in front of me. My truck totaled a nissan sentra in front of me. I had plenty of space between me and the car in front but my truck skidded nearly 100 feet from the impact location. It was very scary and crazy to see when i got out.... 3 totaled cars because someone wasnt paying attention.

Cars turn into death machines when ppl arent paying attention.... i can't keep saying how lucky i am

I think all wheels are okay, after the insurance sees it i think ill yank them off.

I would think in that case they certainly can't blame you for hitting the car in front of you. That is a pretty extreme situation, but it does happen. A former co-worker of my father's was killed in a similar wreck earlier this year. The conditions of the wreck was similar to yours in that he slowed with traffic and was rear ended by another vehicle moving at high speed, but he was driving an Accord and got hit by an F-250. My father actually drove right past the wreck after it happened. Here's a link to a short article about it-click. I think the picture is of the Accord. You can see how hard it must have hit the car in front of it after the F-250 hit it. People can complain about so called aggressive driving all they want, but the ones not paying attention are what worry me.

I almost did the same thing over the summer, driving across Nebraska on I80 (boring) and I had my mind on something else, laughing at something said from the back seat actually. Came around a curve and bam, a huge lineup of stopped cars. I mashed the brakes, realised that that wasn't going to do it so after noting a nice median put 'er as hard left as I dared and then a tad more. I swear another coat of paint and it wouldn't have cleared, the whole ordeal had to be quite a sight in the other vehicle.

$h!t happens.

And BTW I fully credit Forza for my handling of steering and brakes once I got it in the dirt, there is no other place I have practiced transfering from pavement to dirt at speed in a hard turn... if not for the lapse of attention that spurred it the recovery was rather impressive if I do say so myself.

I was really shaken up afterwards, really jumpy about stopped cars popping up again. I had to let someone else drive for awhile after that, really weird.

Dang - glad you're ok. I was third in line in a similar incident. A van coming off of the highway rear ended a car behind me and she got pushed into mine - I came out lucky too, both of them were totaled and I just had some bumper dings.

Man! Stupid things can happen in the blink of an eye!

18 wheeler lost a rear tire yesterday...sounded like a shotgun.when it came aloose....the car in front of us nearly flipped trying to dodge the hundred pound tire that was headed straight for his windshield...

I had to lock em up & hhope that we didn't get rearended at 60mph!

If I find a good enough used Ranger/B3000. They would work on a few different cars actually. But if I go with something else I'd like to see if I could sell them. I'll find out more as this process goes by.

Right on , They Look Nice , I like them , But my Warn hubs prevent me from allot of wheel combos , I Plan on Upgrading from my 15x8 Cragar D windows with the Red Ring
