Rims from 02 ranger to 95?

I have a blown tire and need to know if the 16" rims off my 02' ranger will bolt onto my 95' ranger because I don't have a spare 15" tire.

I'm pretty sure you can put the '02 rims on the '95, but can't put the '95 rims on the '02 because the center bore/locking hub is larger from 98 on.

I just wasn't sure because I know f150s changed their stud spacing around 99' of I remember right
