what is the diff between dana 35 reverse ring and pinion vs standard and which is better\also does anyone know when they started putting the dana 35 in fords
Reverse-cut (AKA Hi-Pinion) is better for a front axle (stronger while going forward under power).
You don't have a choice between them though, you have to use whatever your axle is designed for (all TTB axles use the reverse-cut gears, SLA IFS trucks use standard gears).
