Hey all, i've decided with my back window tinted i really need to wire up some reverse lights to be safe. Trying to get some ideas, so if anyones got pics of what they've done lets see em!!:icon_bounceblue:

The red arrows show where I mounted my lights. They are 55w and I wired them up with a relay. There's an article in the tech library about wiring in lights properly. It might not be the safest spot to mount them, but if you don't try to back over the local drunk indian's fishing couch down at the river, they should be fine.

mine are in the same spot...wiped the drivers side out a while back while recovering with the draw bar. i plan on installing a new set in the some local.

they are wired to a 3 way switch: on-off-auto on with backup lights.

looks good guys, thanks for the pics!! Now i just gotta go find some!!:icon_thumby:

I picked my lights up at the local hardware store for $10 for the pair. They're just the little rectangular lights, but they are bright and sure help out in the woods. I need to put a switch in so I can turn them on manually as well.
