Y'all do realize that "they" have no real authority to shut down any private business or levy any fines for folks just trying to get by, right. Sure, "they" can suggest these things, but without written law or at least a passed local ordinance, "they" just don't have the authority. I fully expect to see lawsuits being filed very soon over a lot of the things I've heard are happening.

In just 6 weeks we lost as many citizens as we lost in 10 years in Nam.

We (the USA) lost over 80k people to flu and pneumonia in winter of 2017-2018 (most in a 6 week period). I didn't hear about anyone getting shut down, told to wear a mask or to wash their hands for 20 seconds and not touch their face.
